This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice following the previous publication of a Prior Information Notice and mandatory 14 Day waiting period to allow for EOI and representations in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the Standstill Period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by midnight 05 November 2024. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.' The contract is a single Enhanced Mental Health Path Finder Service for Victims of Sexual Abuse and Complex Trauma in West Yorkshire - Bradford. The contract will be for a period of 2 years and 4 months commencing on 01 December 2024. Lot 1: Enhanced Mental Health Path Finder Service for Victims of Sexual Abuse and Complex Trauma in West Yorkshire. This notice is an intention to award a contract under the PSR Most Suitable Provider process. Approximate annual contract value of the contract - £428,117. This is a new service. The new contract, is for 2 years and 4 months, with effect from 01 December 2024 through 31 March 2026.
