Fusion21 is looking to retender its current Building Asset and Improvements Framework which expires in December 2023 and thereafter launch a new Framework. It is expected that the new framework will be split into lots, the scope of which is to be defined at a later stage, a provisional lot structure has been included within the Additional Information section below. This PIN notice is being used to engage with the market to support Fusion21 in shaping the new framework, ensuring it is fit for the marketplace over the next 4 years. Lot To be confirmed in the Contract Notice and Tender: To be confirmed in the Contract Notice and Tender The proposed Building Improvements Framework aims to deliver a range of property improvement works, predominantly, but not restricted to, properties in the social housing sector. Works are likely to include, but not limited to kitchens and bathrooms, windows and doors, roofing, damp and mould growth, insulation works, aids and adaptations, electrical works, external/environmental works and internal/external works. Additional information: Please see below the proposed lot structure based on some market intelligence that has been undertaken: Lot 1 - Kitchens and Bathrooms, Lot 2 - Windows and doors, Lot 3 - Roofing (pitched), Lot 4 - Roofing (flat), Lot 5 - Insulation works, Lot 6 - Aids and Adaptations, Lot 7 - Environmental Improvements, Lot 8 - Damp and Mould Growth and Lot 9 - Multi-Trade Improvement Works.
