Description

The provision of grounds maintenance and communal cleaning and window cleaning services and void cleans over two lots for Watford Community Housing. Lot 1 Procurement of a 10-year Contract with break clauses as set out in the contract for the provision of grounds maintenance, tree maintenance and playground inspection and maintenance services. This will be delivered via the JCT Measured Term Contract. Estimated annual value excluding Vat 525 000 GBP. Please refer to the procurement documents for more details. 5 Suppliers will be invited to tender per lot following short listing at SQ stage. WCH reserve the right to increase the number of shortlisted bidders where the scores are close at shortlisting. Lot 2 Procurement of a 10-year Contract with break clauses as set out in the contract for the provision of communal cleaning, voids cleans and window cleaning to all WCH stock owned or managed. This will be delivered via the JCT Measured Term. Estimated annual value excluding Vat 415 000 GBP. Please refer to the procurement documents for more details. 5 Suppliers will be Invited to Tender following short listing at SQ stage.
