Cumberland Council is looking at recommissioning its Residential Short Breaks for Adults with a Learning Disability and/or Autism service based in the west of the Cumberland area. This service provides an overnight stay, activities and support to individuals with high-level support needs which can include personal care and health needs. We would like to engage with any organisations with an interest in providing this type of service. Please complete the questionnaire. Further details are provided on the attached documents.
