Für die Versorgung des Quartiers soll die Wärme zum größten Teil aus einer Wärmepumpe (ca. 650 kW) bereitgestellt werden, welche Abwärme aus einem benachbarten Rechenzentrum als Wärmequelle nutzt. Als Redundanz und Spitzenlast wird ein Fernwärmeanschluss mit Übergebastation von rund 3,5 MW Anschlussleistung umgesetzt.
