Es ist eine neue hybride Wärmeereugungsanlage bestehend aus Luft/Wasser-Wärmepumpen sowie ergänzendem Gas-Brennwertkessel herzustellen. Die Bestandteile der alten Anlage sind zu demontieren und einer ordentlichen Entsorgung zuzuführen. Die Aufstellung der Luft/Wasser-Wärmepumpen erfolgt in der Außenanlage nahe der Heizungszentrale im Untergeschoss des Hauptgebäudes. Ausgehend von dort ist eine erdreichverlegte Nahwärmetrasse zum Hauptgebäude herzustellen. Des weiteren ist im Zuge der Neuerstellung der Wärmeerzeugung ein hydraulischer Abgleich an den statischen Heizflächen vorzunehmen. Hierzu sind alle Heizköper des Objektes mit neuen Thermostat-Ventilen mit automatischer Durchflussregelung auszustatten.
