Assens Kommune udbyder hermed aftale på indsamling og bortskaffelse af affald fra kommu-nens bygninger som beskrevet i udbudsmaterialet. Aftalen indeholder levering af samtlige nødvendige administrative og praktiske ydelser for lovgivningsmæssigt korrekt opbevaring, håndtering, indsamling og bortskaffelse af affald, herunder blandt andet leje af containere og nødvendigt materiel, køretøjer, drivmidler, nødvendige biydelser m.m. for fuldstændig fra de af aftalen omfattede bygninger og adresser. Affaldshåndteringen omhandler primært håndtering af affaldsfraktionerne rest-, mad-, pap og papir, plast og mad og drikkevarekartoner, metal og glas. Yderligere omfattede affaldsfraktio-ner er nærmere beskrevet i afsnit 3. ”Kravspecifikation”, underpunkt. 3.1.1 ”Fraktioner”. Aftalen omfatter affaldshåndtering fra kommunalt ejede bygninger. Bygningerne, der inde-holder forskellige aktiviteter, herunder administrationsbygninger, skoler, dagtilbud, ældre-centre m.fl., er nærmere beskrevet i udbudsmaterialet.
