Incident Command Management Software to be used in Fire Stations and Mobile Fire Appliances throughout Hampshire and beyond. HFRS are exploring the market for software to support the management of incidents. Ideally the software would use mobilising information from out mobilising system Vision and an availability system. The information would be used to build an incident structure, record risks, document objectives and tactical priorities and monitor progress. Information from sectors would be shared with the command units and there would be the ability to share information, documents, images and video in realtime across devices. The software would support the national operational guidance for Fire and Rescue Services for Incident Command. Suppliers are invited to attend a Supplier Information Day on 4th June commencing at 10:00 am. At Service Headquarters in Eastleigh Hampshire. This is an opportunity to have one to one conversations between suppliers and service users. Suppliers are asked to bring samples of products to demonstrate and information on the functionality of the products. At point of registration you will be allocated a demonstration timeslot, and given an outline of what we would require covering as part of the demonstration. There are limited spaces available on a first come basis — Suppliers will be allocated a space via correspondence on In-tend once the questionnaire has been completed. Drop off and parking arrangements will be given at point of registration confirmation. Responses to the supplier day will not be used to evaluate your company, create a short-list or guarantee inclusion or exclusion in any resulting tender exercise. This exercise is to obtain feedback to inform any potential future tender process only, which will require further registration and appropriate assessment. This is a market information gathering opportunity to aid us in developing our requirements. Suppliers will be neither advantaged nor disadvantaged by responding to the questionnaire as this is part of our market research only.
