Tender for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of a Gas Sorption Surface Area Analyser

Published

Description

Over the last decade the PMBRC have built up significant expertise in the material science sector used in the pharmaceutical, medical device, food and engineering industries. Typical projects involve research on drug product formulation, drug dissolution studies, polymorphism, impurities, and leachable and extractables, granulation studies and inhaled drug delivery. The PMBRC is now seeking to purchase a new Gas Sorption Surface Area Analyser a critical instrument for accurately measuring the surface area and porosity of various materials utilising a series of different gases. By issuing this tender, we aim to acquire an analyser that offers precise, reliable, and repeatable measurements, integrates seamlessly with other currently in-house materials science techniques and adheres to the latest industry standards. The procurement process will ensure that the selected instrument meets our technical specifications, budgetary constraints, and long-term operational needs, thereby enhancing our analytical capabilities and supporting our scientific objectives in the PMBRC.
