University of Galway request the supply of a three (3) new Variable Speed Precision Lathes. The purpose of these instruments is for use in Lab ENG-G002 in the School of Engineering, a functioning workshop where students are introduced to some of the relevant industrial best practices involved in bringing concept designs to reality. The facilities include several conventional lathes and milling machines, and also some teaching level CNC machines.
