A sustainability startup accelerator programme to be delivered by Dogpatch Labs

The "2050 Accelerator" is a sustainability startup accelerator programme delivered by Dogpatch Labs, supported by The Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications, in partnership with and funded by Coillte, ESB, Kerry and the Grantham Foundation. Details of the Accelerator: The late stage non-equity accelerator programme runs 15/05/23 to 18/08/23, with 3 weeks held onsite in Dogpatch Labs in Dublin. Through our industry partners, successful applicant startups can get access to: -Expertise from within these companies on topics relating to agriculture, energy and forestry. -Expert feedback on their proposition and business model. -Potential access to sustainability assets. -Potential PoC support with partners to help scale startup products and services. At the end of the programme both parties can decide if they wish to carry that forward. There will be a further 3 months of focused support provided to the participating startups to help them in the pilot deployment phase if the industry partners wish to proceed with them. How to express your interest: We have an open application form on our website www.2050accelerator.com where you can apply to express your interest. The application period will be open until 20th April 2023. We encourage startups to apply as soon as possible but as the timeline is short we are open to considering late applications up to 13th May. The programme is aimed at company's in: -Water & Soil management -Animal health -Systematic Farm Data Management -Carbon Measurement -Connecting people with Nature (Recreation) -Innovative Construction Wood Products and Systems -Decarbonisation of the Built environment -Mobility Selection Criteria: Applications will be evaluated by an independent panel against published criteria to identify those with the greatest potential for positive climate impact.
