Das Universitätsklinikum Ulm (UKU) plant die Beschaffung des Bestrahlungsgerätes Halcyon des Herstellers Varian Medical Systems und eine Erweiterung des bereits vorhandenen Ethos-Systems. Lot 1: Eine wettbewerbsneutrale Ausschreibung für die Beschaffung des Bestrahlungsgerätes wird nicht durchgeführt, da aus technischen Gründen kein Wettbewerb vorhanden ist, so dass ein Verhandlungsverfahren ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb gem. § 14 Abs. 4 Nr. 2 lit. b) VgV zulässig ist. Bei der Erweiterung des Ethos-Systems ist ein Verhandlungsverfahren ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb gem. § 14 Abs. 4 Nr. 5 VgV zulässig, da es die Erweiterung eines bestehenden Systems darstellt. Einzelheiten hierzu werden unter Ziff. IV.1.1) dargestellt.
