Description
You are invited by Acivico (Design, Construction and Facilities Management) Limited to apply to join this Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement of Building, Maintenance and Repair Services, to support new and existing client accounts in the West Midlands Region, when such opportunities become available. Where the DPS is considered the most appropriate route to market, all suppliers/contractors who are registered on this DPS (Stage 1 of the procurement process) will be invited to bid for work through Further Competitions (Stage 2 of the procurement process). It is anticipated that the annual value of work awarded through this DPS will be in the region of four million pounds sterling per annum. Further details about the DPS is given in Section 3 of Document 1. An Indicative timetable is detailed in Section 6 of Document 1. The Submission Deadline for Stage 1 is Wednesday 19 October 2022. Lot Category 1: General Building, Maintenance and Repairs Installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of: internal and external to buildings, outbuildings, general wear and tear of buildings. Lot Category 2: Roofing Installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of: all pitched roof (tiled, slate, sheet roofing (copper/lead) , flat roof coverings (single ply systems, lightweight roofing systems, liquid Systems and industrial roof coverings). Lot Category 3: Windows and Doors Installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of: All domestic and commercial window and door installations, systems and hardware for uPVC, Aluminimum, Timber, Steel and composite windows and doors. Lot Category 4: Scaffolding Supply and design of access scaffold to facilitate repairs and provide structural support. Lot Category 5: Drainage Installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of: Drains including all survey services to detect defects. Lot Category 6: Fencing Installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of: fencing, perimeter fencing, heras fencing, etc. Lot Category 7: Landscaping To cover all ground maintenance and landscaping requirements, tree surveys, forest schools, day to day grounds maintenance and design of new grounds areas. Lot Category 8: Playground Equipment To cover the maintenance and repairs of current playground equipment, and installation of new. Lot Category 9: Asbestos Consultants A targeted Asbestos Demolition/Refurbishment Survey must be conducted prior to any work which has the potential to disturb the fabric of the school building. This is in order to identify any asbestos that may be present in the area to be affected by the planned work. Lot Category 10: Asbestos Contractors To cover: asbestos removal, encapsulation etc.
