Addressable Fire Alarm System. • Upgrade current system to I.S 3218:2013+A1:2019 • First Floor: Canteen, Bar, Training Room, Offices and Toilets and Meeting Rooms and Egresses • Second Floor: Bar, Office, Snooker Room, Attic Space, Meeting Rooms, Toilets, Corridors and Egresses • Ground Floor: Corridors, Toilets, Changing Rooms and Meeting Rooms and Egresses • Total number of Smoke/Heat Devices 120 • Total number of Break Glass (Call Points) 35 • Total number of sounders 22 • All wiring to I.S. 10101 • The System must be fully Compliant with I.S 3218:2013 • Class of Protection is LD2 Emergency Lighting • Supply and install Emergency Lighting System for entire building to System to comply to IS3217:2017 • System to consist of Emergency Lighting Directional Lighting • All wiring to conform to IS: 10101 Retro Fit Existing Fittings • Replace Existing Fittings with LED Fittings in entire Building • Replace all Fluorescent Battons in entire Building • Replace all Halogen Fittings and Lamps in entire Building
