Yorkshire Housing are commencing a request for information/soft-market test exercise to seek interested parties to work with us in our approach to delivering a solution for an Applicant Tracking System that will support our Recruitment colleagues. We are requesting submissions which will inform us in the potential solutions, options and costs to help deliver our business requirements. The system should: • Be forward thinking, user friendly and innovative in its approach • Display our branding • Streamline the processes within the recruitment journey • Make it as easy as we can for candidates to access vacancy details and apply for any roles, including a guest candidate option - the ability for candidate to apply without setting up a full profile (username and password) • Have exposure to a wide range of job boards and platforms to advertise - to support us in filling vacancies first time • Have the ability to create flexible workflows in the system • Have a user-friendly Reporting element, with a dashboard to display all the important measures - such as time to hire, number of interviews and appointed • Allow us to create weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to demonstrate key analytics of a specific role such as cost per campaign, source information and applicant volume information. • Support our company EDI initiatives and therefore allow access to reports focused on protected characteristics to give us a better insight into the diversity of our applicants. • Have integration with Outlook so calendars are accessible making it easier to book in interviews • Integrate with other programmes, such as MS Teams and our colleague system, Cascade. The provider should: • Help us with the implementation • Provide training on the system and its functionality • Have a dedicated Account Manager • Meet with us on a regular basis to ensure we using all the capabilities correctly and discuss any issues or areas for improvement. This information will help inform a planned procurement. Please confirm in your response: 1. Confirm how you can meet the high level requirements 2. What Public Sector framework agreements you are awarded to 3. Provide Indicative costs for a 2, 3 and 4 year contract terms with proposed discount for Yorkshire Housing 4. Confirm the mobilisation timeframe 5. Confirm capacity for a 1 April 2023 'go live' 6.
