Lot 2: Enhanced Care at Home for People with a Learning Disability Enhanced Care at Home for Adults with a Learning Disability (Homecare/Domiciliary Care/Personal Care and support and assistance with Domestic Household tasks) Lot 3: Complex Care at Home Complex Care at Home for people whose needs cannot be met under Lots 1 and 2
