In April 2020 the PCC commissioned an innovative ten-year contract with Victim Support as their Strategic Delivery Partner for Victim Services. It is our desired approach that Contractor(s) in this contract work with the Authority and the Strategic Delivery Partner for Victim Services, Victim Support with the shared aim of providing excellent support for victims of all crimes. Contractor(s) are encouraged to work with the partnership as a whole by building positive relationships for the benefit of victims in Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Contractor(s) are encouraged not to frustrate efforts to seek strategic and operational improvements for all victims in Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly that the partnership is working towards. Additional information: Whilst the Total Known Contract Value for this requirement is as stated in the event that additional funding becomes available in the future for these same services (as defined in the Documents) and the contract is therefore extended as detailed, the Maximum POTENTIAL TOTAL VALUE (across ALL Lots) could increase to £3.6M however this additional funding is NOT currently confirmed or guaranteed.
