EU-udbud vedrørende anskaffelse af brystproteser til Aalborg, Brønderslev, Hjørring, Jammerbugt, Læsø, Morsø og Thisted Kommuner med kontraktstart d. 1. august 2020 samt Frederikshavn Kommune fra d. 1. november 2020. Udbuddet omfatter brystproteser til Aalborg, Brønderslev, Hjørring, Jammerbugt, Læsø, Morsø og Thisted Kommuner med kontraktstart d. 1. august 2020 samt Frederikshavn Kommune fra d. 1. november 2020. Formålet er at danne et visitationsgrundlag for kommunernes bevillinger af brystproteser. Det bemærkes, at indkøb af brystproteser er omfattet af køb og levering af personlige hjælpemidler i henhold til servicelovens § 112. De udbudte kontrakter er rammeaftaler, som forudsættes indgået med én leverandør, jf. udbudslovens § 97. De ordregivende kommuner vil hver især indgå en selvstændig rammeaftale med den vindende tilbudsgiver på baggrund af udbuddet.
