Køge Kommune invitere hermed interesserede tilbudsgivere til at byde på Fællesudbud Sjælland (FUS) udbud af brystproteser. FUS er et indkøbsfællesskab, bestående af 16 kommuner, der i samarbejde, gennemfører fælles udbud og skaber fælles rammer for indkøb. FUS-samarbejdet repræsenterer i alt 761.000 borgere. Udbuddet vedrører indkøb, tilpasning og levering af brystproteser. Aftalen er omfattet af serviceloven og borgerenes frie valg. Derfor kan der ikke garanteres en bestemt opgavetyngde, da det dels er afhængig af, hvor mange borgere der visiteres og dels af, borgerens konkrete valg af leverandør. Aftalen skal derfor betragtes som et tilbud til den enkelte visiterede borger.
