The Procure North West (Lite) Framework Agreement will be available to ALL public sector Contracting Authorities in general as defined at Part 1 (Paragraph 2) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, all public sectors requiring access to this framework agreement are detailed in the OJEU notice.
