The Procure North West (Build) Framework Agreement will be available to all public sector Contracting Authorities in general as defined at Part 1 (Paragraph 2) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, all public sectors requiring access to this framework agreement are detailed in the OJEU notice (Client Organisations). Examples of such organisations are detailed below, however this list is not exhaustive; — Schools, — Academies, — Colleges, — Universities, — Emergency Services, — NHS Bodies, — Local Authorities, — Health and Social Care Bodies, — Housing Associations, — Libraries and Museums, — Registered Charities, — Government Departments, — Leisure Providers, — Ministry of Defence. Procure North West is a regional Framework and as such is retracted to the below; — Cumbria (UKD1), — Cheshire (UKD2), — Manchester (UKD3), — Lancashire (UKD4), — Merseyside (UKD5). The framework agreement will be established for a period of 4 years. The projects let under this lot may be of a 'Construct Only' or a 'Design and Construct' nature (new build, extension or refurbishment). Award criteria for this lot will be on a 30 % price / 70 % quality basis. It is anticipated that eight contractors will be appointed for this lot. A contractor appointed to one lot could also be appointed to the other (but no more than two lots). The projects let under this lot may be of a “Construct Only” or a “Design and Construct” nature (new build, extension or refurbishment).
