The contract focuses on transitioning from the completed financial diagnostic and strategy phases to developing comprehensive delivery plans for the Trust. PA Consulting will provide expertise and capacity to expedite this phase, serving as an "engine room" for delivery planning. Key deliverables include: • An overarching delivery plan for the strategy. • Detailed plans for specific solutions and components. • An improvement system to guide the delivery methodology. • The design and acceleration of delivery infrastructure to support execution. This work aligns with Steps 6 ("Deliver") and 7 ("Engage") of the NHS England strategy process, building on prior collaborative efforts. Additional information: Atamis Ref : C325703
