Description
King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, through King's Interventional Facilities Management (KFM), has awarded a contract for the provision of a desktop asset valuation of its properties for financial reporting purposes. The valuation will cover three key sites: King's College Hospital (Denmark Hill), Princess Royal University Hospital (Orpington), and Orpington Hospital, reflecting a valuation date of 31st March 2025, 2026 and 2027. The appointed supplier will deliver the valuation in accordance with the RICS Valuation - Global Standards (2022), incorporating Modern Equivalent Asset (MEA) assessments. Deliverables include a draft valuation report and a comprehensive final valuation report.
