Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking tenders, on behalf of Mansfield District Council (MDC), The Four Seasons multi-storey car park at Mansfield is in reasonable condition: however, it has now reached an age whereby it is in need of repair, protection and upgrade to ensure its long term durability. A total of 320 discrete defects were recorded during the intrusive investigations to date (October 2024), in addition there are linear meterage lengths of waffle slab cracking and hair line cracking
