IMAGE MANAGEMENT SERVICE

LSE has a requirement to procure services for the Management of LSE’s images to allow colleagues across the school to access them for promotional purposes. The specification is provided in Schedule 1 of this document, but invited suppliers are also requested to include examples of innovative approaches used by them in this area. The tender should follow the format and order of the specification in Schedule 1 of this document. Potentially, we will also include LSE video footage within the system. The contract will be for a period of four years three years commencing 31/08/24. Subject to LSE being satisfied with the Supplier’s performance, an extension of 1 x 2 further years can be offered to the Supplier.
