Renfrewshire Council will be tendering for a Fire Alarm Upgrades Contractor to carry out the upgrade of the fire alarm systems within 450 Sheltered Housing properties, across 14 Complexes. This will be a sole Contractor appointment that will be required to remove and replace the existing fire alarm system and replace with new digital versions. It is the Councils intention to issue a Contract Notice via Public Contracts Scotland week commencing 6th January 2025. Lot 1: Renfrewshire Council has the requirement to appoint a single contractor to carry out the removal of all existing Sheltered Housing Fire Alarms systems within all of the Council's Sheltered Housing Complexes and replace with new digital versions. The Council intends to release a Contract Notice Week Commencing 6th January 2025, with a Tender Package being released immediately after via Public Contracts Scotland - Tender Portal. The Procurement of this requirement will be carried out as an above GPA Threshold Services Contract.
