Provision of Training Services in the Field of Soft Skills and Professional Knowledge

Description

The objective of this call for tender is the signature of a framework contract in cascade with a maximum of two contractors for the provision of various training courses, conferences, seminars, coaching and similar or related activities, as well as the corresponding educational and learning support material in all formats in the field of soft skills and professional knowledge. Lot 1: The contractor shall offer learning and training activities from its own catalogue and serve as an intermediary or reseller of learning and training activities that are not in its catalogue. In the latter case, the contractor should be able to identify, contact and deliver the most suitable training providers for the Office’s staff. The learning and training activities will either involve courses provided by the contractor, with possible, partial adaptation to take account of specific Office policies and procedures, or the creation of new courses as required; they may also involve other activities upon request, including coaching.
