On behalf of The Highland Council, High Life Highland wish to appoint a contractor to provide an Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) system for the Inverness Castle Experience, which supports the following types of purchase: An e-commerce system that allows purchases of merchandise from the Inverness Castle Experience website Retail purchases from the Inverness Castle Experience shop, and a pop-up store within the Inverness Castle Experience Food and beverage purchases in the Inverness Castle Experience bar, café and restaurant areas It is intended that this system be available for installation from March 2025. Note: we are also seeking a contractor to provide a Ticketing and Merchandising system, under a separate tender, and are open to joint bids from partners who wish to offer a fully integrated EPOS, Ticketing and Merchandising system.
