Caerphilly County Borough Council are inviting suitable providers to tender for the provision of new ventilation systems in theTech Block of Blackwood Comprehensive School, Ty Isha Terrace, Blackwood.The scope of the project is fully described in the ITT and supporting documentation but in summary the scope is:The contractor shall cost all necessary resources including weekend and overtime working to allow the project to be completed within the specified contract period.The contractor shall be responsible for the removal and reinstatement of any loose and fixed furniture to allow the installation of all ventilation services and equipment as shown on the drawings.Form new openings in the existing structural steelwork to allow theinstallation of the new external weather louvres Carefully take down and reinstate any false ceilings to allow the installationof the new ventilation systems. Any damaged or stained ceiling tiles shall be replaced with new to match existing.Install all of the new ventilation equipment and ductwork as shown on the tender drawings including all necessary wiring and controls.Employ specialist commissioning engineers to set to work all newventilation systems in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements, and demonstrate the correct operation of all systems to the satisfaction of the contract administrator.The timescale for the work is 6 weeks from commencement of the contract.full details can be found in the ITTNOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=141883. You now need to create your unique password. Please ensure that you make a note of this along with the other information already recorded.10. Now click Done and you will enter the Supplier Home page.11. From the Home Page, go to the “Opportunities” area, where you can search for this Opportunity. Click on the "Show Me Arrow" of the relevant opportunity and then click to register your interest on the relevant button.12. Click the Opportunities Icon on the left of the page so that the page is refreshed, then, click on the "Show Me Arrow" of the relevant contract again and this will take you into the create a response section of the portal.13. Note the closing date for completion of the relevant project. Please review the tabs at the top of the page as there will be information relating to the project held here.14.
