Description

The purpose of the engagement exercise is for the Authority to gather feedback on our proposed delivery model and our lotting approach for delivery of Speech and Language Therapy for children and young people In order to make the procurement opportunity as accessible as possible, it is currently the Authority's intention to split it into the following lots: Lot A - Part A Early Years - Healthy Child Programme 0-5 years (broken down into the following sub-lots, each sub-lot may be tendered for individually): A1 - Early Years (0-5), Sub Region 1- Part A for children in the following Wards: Freshney East Marsh West Marsh Sidney Sussex A2 - Early Years (0-5), Sub Region 2 - Part A for children in following Wards: Croft Baker Haverstoe Park South Heneage Yarborough A3 - Early Years (0-5), Sub Region 3- Part A for children in following Wards: Immingham Wolds Waltham Humberston & New Waltham Scartho Lot B - Part B School age support - North East Lincolnshire PMC allows local authorities & other contracting authorities in the public sector to engage with a market. PMC is designed to encourage the commercial & voluntary sectors to engage with the development process before a procurement is released. This is the market's opportunity to express its views, outline market developments & generally influence how solutions to the Authority's needs might be met. There is nothing for the Authority to evaluate or select in this activity. PMC is not a call for competition. Following PMC, the Authority may conclude that procurement is not the best solution to meet a particular strategy outcome. The Authority may conclude that it would be better to do something entirely different to the intent within this PMC. It is essential that any organisation participating in the PMC understands that a procurement opportunity is not guaranteed. It is therefore essential that organisations understand that this activity is not part of a procurement exercise and involvement in the PMC does not affect an organisation's positioning either positively or negatively should a procurement opportunity arise subsequently. Please note that the submission deadline for responses to the questionnaire, which is available via https://yortender.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=YORTENDER, is 12:00 (midday) on the 17th July 2024.
