Etablering og drift af ladestandere i Stevns Kommune

Stevns Kommune udbyder kommunale parkeringsarealer til opsætning af offentligt tilgængelige ladestandere. Jf. ladestanderbekendtgørelsen (BEK nr. 181 af 05/03/2020) skal Stevns Kommune inden 2025 opstille minimum 1 ladestander på matrikler med over 20 parkeringspladser, og hvor kommunen er bygningsejer. Lov om infrastruktur for alternative drivmidler til transport (lov nr. 412 af 04/04/2022) sætter rammerne for, hvordan kommunerne kan understøtte udbygningen af offentligt tilgængelig ladeinfrastruktur til elbiler. Ifølge loven kan kommuner indgå aftaler med operatører om etablering og drift af ladestandere placeret på arealer, som kommunerne har råderet over.
