Playground and training equipment

Description

The contracting authority invites tenderers to a contest for an agreement for the procurement of playground and training equipment. A comprehensive description of the delivery is given in the attachments to the tender documentation. Lot 1: The objective of the agreement is to cover the contracting authority's needs for playground equipment, fall surfaces and training equipment in accordance with the requirements described in the requirements specification. The agreement only includes outdoor, fixed equipment. The agreement shall primarily be used for upgrade/renovation and projects in municipal playgrounds, community parks, nurseries, schools, etc. The contracting authority assembles some of the equipment itself, but it is also relevant to include assembly in each individual assignment. - Delivery of playground equipment, training equipment, fall surfaces, with and without assembly - Disassembly and removal of old / existing equipment - Excavation, casting and foundation work can be relevant for some projects. This will be stated in each call off/mini-contests. The contracting authority has an ongoing framework agreement for excavation and assesses in each individual case when this is to be used. - Assistance and solution proposals. The tenderer must be able to submit proposals for outdoor facilities, such as sketches and / or 3D visualization. For individual assignments a landscape architect / landscape gardener can be required. This will be requested in the individual call-off / mini-contest when applicable. The contracting authority can choose to go outside the framework agreement regarding larger construction projects where playground and / or training equipment is included. The agreement does not cover loose sand and fall sand. Neither does the agreement include outdoor furniture such as benches and tables, and barbecue and campfire places.
