Ski Square and Pedestrian Area Project - Step 1 Prequalification

Description

Nordre Follo Municipality would like to procure a contractor for the construction of municipal technical infrastructure as well as the preparation of a square and pedestrian area in development area 1 (Norwegian: UB1) in the centre of Ski. The procurement concerns measures that are necessary for future development of the centre and construction to be be carried out. UB1 is the first step of this development. Lot 1: The measures must be carried out so that the development of the new sixth form college and adjacent private construction area can obtain the necessary technical infrastructure. Meanwhile, the municipality is seizing the opportunity to look at a comprehensive approach to the surfaces with new landscaping of both squares and pedestrian areas, the establishment of safe and controlled surface water and flood management, and the facilitation of simplified operation and maintenance of streets and water and sewage systems. Brief summary regarding UB1: - New surfaces, varied functional use (e.g. ice rink/fountain facility, parkour facility and playground) and increased green space in streets and squares - Updated water and sewage network - Flood and surface water system (rain bed) - Electrical/ICT/lighting A full description of the procurement is provided in the tender documentation and attached documents.
