Description

This notice involves the setting up of a dynamic purchasing system. Warwickshire County Council invites applications for second tier agency staffing requirements. The DPS is designed to supplement the Council's primary agency staffing contract and will be utilised when the primary contract has been unable to successfully meet a specific requirement. The DPS will consist of 18 Lots. The period of validity of the DPS will be 4 years from commencement. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Executive Including but not limited to, support for the following business areas: Senior Leadership/Executive roles Lot 2: Lot 2 - Administration and Customer Support Including but not limited to, support for the following business areas: Administrative Support at all levels, PA's, and Customer Service Advisors Lot 3: Lot 3 - Finance Including but not limited to, support for the following business areas: Strategic Finance, Operational Finance, Investments Treasury & Audit, Transformation & Transactions, Commercial & Contracts (including Procurement and Contract Management) Lot 4: Lot 4 - Legal Including but not limited to, support for the following business areas: Solicitors, Legal Executives, Legal Secretaries Lot 5: Lot 5 - Strategy, Planning, Governance and Project Management Including but not limited to, support for the following business areas: Communications, Policy & Strategy, Community Partnerships, Governance, Change Programmes Lot 6: Lot 6 - Project Management Including but not limited to, support for the following business areas: Project Management and Co-ordination Lot 7: Lot 7 - ICT and Data Including but not limited to, support for the following business areas: ICT & Digital, ICT Strategy, Data and Business Intelligence, Data Analysts Lot 8: Lot 8 - Property Including but not limited to, support for the following business areas: Property Services (including Strategic Asset Management, Surveyor's, Cleaning, Caretaking) Lot 9: Lot 9 - Workforce/Human Resources Including but not limited to, support for the following business areas: HR Strategy and HR Services (including payroll, advisory Learning and Development and recruitment) Lot 10: Lot 10 - Libraries, Heritage and Registration Including but not limited to, support for the following business areas: Libraries, Heritage (museums, archaeology and archives) & Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages Lot 11: Lot 11 - Transport and Highways Including but not limited to, support for the following business areas: Transport Strategy & Road Safety, Transport Delivery, Technical and Engineering Design Services, Highways Lot 12: Lot 12 - Trading Standards, Environment and Planning Including but not limited to, support for the following business areas: Trading Standards & Community Safety, Planning & Environment Lot 13: Lot 13 - Economy and Place Including but not limited to, support for the following business areas: Economic Development & Skills, Waste Management (Household Waste Sites) & Country Parks Lot 14: Lot 14 - Strategic Infrastructure and Climate Change Including but not limited to, support for the following business areas: Regeneration & Strategic Planning, Climate Change & Sustainability Lot 15: Lot 15 - Fire and Rescue Service Including but not limited to, support for the following business areas: Fire & Rescue Services Lot 16: Lot 16 - Social Workers Including but not limited to, support for the following business areas: Children's and Adults Lot 17: Lot 17 - Children and Young People Including but not limited to, support for the following business areas: Children and Young People Services, including Education professionals (excluding Social Workers) Lot 18: Lot 18 - Adults Social Care and Health Including but not limited to, support for the following business areas: Social Care and Support (excluding Social Workers), Public Health and Social Care and Health Services
