Description

To develop and improve the Stockport-based FPS offer for the delivery of All-age Individual Service Fund (ISF) provision. The service offer: The development of the existing Flexible Purchasing System to enhance the offer and variety of Providers available to deliver ISFs in the Borough, and to increase the clarity around this type of service provision, ultimately aiming to shift control over budgets and finances to the individual and/or their families. A framework for providers to join is currently in place however, a lack of understanding of this process and its principles has led to an historical lack of engagement. Enhancing and re-opening an FPS which is supported by new guidance aims to increase personal control in this area and improve desired outcomes. Keywords: Individual Service Funds
