Delaftalerne omfatter syv (7) delydelser vedrørende rådgivning og bistand til trafikin-formation. Delaftalerne er alle rammeaftaler. Formålet med Delaftalerne er at sikre, at Ordregiverne ved individuelt behov kan ind-købe eksterne ressourcer med specifikke kompetencer til brug for gennemførelse af pro-jekter indenfor fornyelse og/eller nyanlæg af trafikinformationsudstyr. Hver Ordregiver indgår således selvstændigt en Delaftale med den vindende Tilbudsgiver. Delaftalerne er således uafhængig af hinanden. Delaftalerne giver således Ordregiverne mulighed for, men ikke pligt til, løbende at bestille de i kravsspecifikationen beskrevne delydelser. Ordregiverne forpligter sig ikke til et minimumsaftræk på Delaftalerne. Ordregiverne kan hver trække på deres delaftale efter behov, hvorfor træk på Delaftalerne kan variere i størrelse og omfang.
