L'accord-cadre porte sur la fourniture de broches de guidages pour la maintenance des étriers de freins des tramways bombardier du réseau de transport en commun de l’agglomération nantaise.Cet accord-cadre est conclu avec un minimum de 300 pièces et avec un maximum de 650 pièces, sur l’ensemble de la durée de l’accord-cadre (reconductions comprises), conformément à l’article R.2162-4 1° du code de la commande publique.Cet accord cadre sera exécuté au fur et à mesure de l’émission de bons de commande conformément à l’article R. 2162-2 alinéa 2 du code de la commande publique.L’accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 3 ans à compter de sa date de notification, il est reconductible tacitement 2 fois 1 an.
