L'accord-cadre porte sur la fourniture de plaquettes de frein pour les tramways Bombardier Incentro et Alstom TFS du réseau de transport en commun de l’agglomération nantaise.Il s’agit d’un accord-cadre de fourniture mono-attributaire, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 400.000 euros HT, sur l’ensemble de la durée de l’accord-cadre (reconductions incluses), conformément à l’article R. 2162-4 2° du code de la commande publique. Cet accord-cadre sera exécuté au fur et à mesure de l’émission de bons de commande conformément à l’article R. 2162-2 alinéa 2 du code de la commande publique.L’accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 3 ans à compter de sa date de notification, il est reconductible tacitement 2 fois 1 an.
