Following the initial five-year term, the contract will continue to roll-on for up to a\r maximum of seven more years in twelve monthly increments at a time unless the Council\r serve notice to terminate the contract on six months' notice to terminate, or the provider\r issues notice to terminate on twelve months' prior notice to terminate. Any notice to\r terminate would have to take effect on the expiry of the initial term of the contract, or any\r subsequent anniversary thereof.\r Tenderers prices were evaluated based on the 5 year initial term, the awarded Tenderers 5\r year evaluation price was £405,908.\r However, the maximum value of the contract will be set at £2,000,000, to accommodate\r the potential extensions of up to a total of 12 contract years and to provide contingency for\r expenditure on chargeable repairs and replacements of hardware over the maximum period\r of the contract.
