Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council are seeking to appoint a single contractor to provide servicing and maintenance to the Authorities existing Honeywell Trend Vision Building Management System and to also carry out the installation of new Honeywell Trend Visions BMS Systems in existing and new Blaenau Gwent Council properties.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:As part of your submission, bidders will be required to demonstrate their previous approach/experience in delivering Community Benefits and are required to submit a Method Statement in the form of a "Community Benefits Plan" setting out how they will incorporate and deliver "Community Benefits" through this appointment within Blaenau Gwent. Examples of the range of benefits include but are not exhaustive to –1. Training & recruitment of economically inactive people2. Supply chain initiatives3. Environmental initiatives4. Cultural initiatives5. Educational initiatives6. Community initiatives7. Retention & training of existing workforce8. Working with the 3rd Sector9. A contribution to the Community Investment Fund of a minimum of 1.5% of the tendered sum if unable to deliver or in addition to the above initiatives.The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
