Für eine Teststrecke auf einer deutschen Autobahn sollen 625 Spulensysteme hergestellt werden. Es handelt sich um sogenannte Doppel-D-Spulen mit den Abmessungen von ca. 1,40 x 0,80 x 0,019 m. Der Herstellungsprozess umfasst folgende Prozessschritte: - Wickeln / Legen der beigestellten HF-Litze (Durchmesser ca. 4 mm) nach vogegebenen Wickelbild - Vormontage, Einlegen und Anschließen der beigestellten Kommunikationsbaugruppe - Kontaktieren und Anschließen der Litzen auf beigestellte Kondensatorbaugruppen nach technischer Zeichnung (ggf. kostenfreie Bereitstellung der passenden Kontaktieranlage) - Befestigen der beigestellten Kondensatoreinheit - Einlegen von zusätzlichen beigestellten Isolationselementen nach technischer Zeichnung - Vollständiges Vergießen des Systems mit beigestelltem PU - Strichprobenartige Elektrische Funktionsprüfung mit beigestelltem Equipment: Leerlauftest: mind. 10s, >30 Amps Leistungstest: 2s, > 70 Amps
