A711 John Street Reconstruction Works Lot 1: The works involve the reconstruction of A711 John Street in Dalbeattie, comprising excavation and installation of new pavement foundation, geotextile layers, and new bound pavement layers, including reinstatement of road markings. The Contractor will be responsible for provision of traffic management for the duration of the works. Due to the urban nature of the scheme, underground utilities are present which require identification via PAS128 Type B survey and protection during construction.. The Council intend to issue a Quick Quote (QQ) for this contract and everyone who expresses an interest in this Prior Information Notice (PIN) by the date of QQ publication will be invited to quote. Confirmation will then be issued through this PIN that that QQ has been issued.
