Nordjyllandsværket A/S agter at indgå en betinget aktivoverdragelsesaftale med NRGI Renewables A/S (NRGI Administration A/S) om køb af en del af en fremtidig vindmøllepark i form af ejerskab til 3 specifikke vindmøller med tilhørende jordlejeaftaler og rettigheder. Nordjyllandsværket A/S agter at indgå en betinget aktivoverdragelsesaftale med NRGI Renewables A/S (NRGI Administration A/S), hvor Nordjyllandsværket A/S mod betaling ultimativt vil opnå ejerskab til en del af en fremtidig vindmøllepark i form af 3 af 15 endnu ikke opførte vindmøller med tilknyttede jordlejeaftaler samt andel i de ligeledes endnu ikke opstillede fællesinstallationer.
