Hofor Vind A/S ønsker samtidigt at indgå en 10-årig kontrakt vedrørende drift, service og vedligeholdelse af de 3 vindmøller. Vindmøllerne skal nettilsluttes senest den 17.11.2017. Hofor Vind A/S har vurderet, at det vil give den bedste økonomiske ramme at lade opgaverne udføre af 1 leverandør, kontrakterne tildeles derfor til én og samme leverandør. Udbuddet gennemføres som et udbud med forhandling. For beskrivelse af kontraktens omfang, se pkt. II.1.4).
