Lot 1: Nachtrag 09 zum Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsvertrag über insg. 15 Fahrzeuge CORADIA LINT 41 Am 30.11.2001 hat die LNVG mit der Fa. Alstom Transport Deutschland (ATD) einen Vertrag zur Instandhaltung von 26 Fahrzeugen des TYP Coradia LINT 41 der 2. Bauserie (LINT II) geschlossen. Die Laufzeit des Vertrags vom 30.11.2001 wurde zwischen den Vertragspartnern bis einschließlich 13.12.2018 vereinbart und mit dem Nachtrag 04 vom 12.07.2010 sowie dem Nachtrag 08 vom 13.01.2022 bis zum Fahrplanwechsel im Dezember 2022 (11.12.2022) verlängert. Der Vertrag soll nun wiederum um ein Jahr bis zum Fahrplanwechsel im Dezember 2023 (10.12.2023) verlängert werden.
