Konkurrenceudsættelse af rammeaftale om løbende juridisk bistand til Rejsekort & Rejseplan A/S. Lot 1: Leverandøren skal levere juridiske tjenesteydelser til Rejsekort & Rejseplan A/S i form af rådgivning inden for juridiske emner, herunder særligt følgende områder: A. Udbudsret. B. IT-kontraktret og immaterielret. C. Databeskyttelsesret. D. Forbrugerrettet lovgivning, fx betalingsloven og markedsføringsloven. E. Selskabsret. Rammeaftalen er uden garanteret mindsteomsætning. Rejsekort & Rejseplan A/S forventer at tildele rammeaftalen til tre (3) advokatfirmaer. Værdien angivet i punkt II.2.6 udgør rammeaftalens anslåede og maksimale værdi. Varigheden i pkt. II.2.7) dækker over den ordinære aftaleperiode på 48 mdr. inkl. 4 yderligere perioder på op til 12 måneder hver.
