Den udbudte Rammeaftale omhandler advokatbistand inden for det arbejdsretlige område. Der vil alene blive indgået Rammeaftalen med én Leverandør om levering af, de af Rammeaftalen omfattede advokatydelser. Lot 1: Advokatydelserne, omfattet af nærværende udbud, består i: — Håndtering af retssager ved domstolene, sager ved arbejdsretten, faglige voldgiftssager, forligsforhandlinger og andre tvistrelaterede sager, — Rådgivning og assistance i relation til overenskomstforhandlinger, — Hotlineservice til løbende arbejdsretlig rådgivning, — Udarbejdelse af juridiske notater, — Assistance til arbejdsretlige konferencer, undervisning m.v. i KL's regi, — Eventuelle ind- og udstationeringsaftaler. Jf. punkt II.2.7) træder Rammeaftalen i kraft den 1. januar 2024, og ophører uden varsel den 31. december 2027. Kunden har option på, at forlænge Rammeaftalen med op til 2 gange 12 måneder på uændrede vilkår. Rammeaftalens samlede mulige varighed er derfor 72 måneder.
