This is an advertisement for market testing only to gauge market interest which will influence future commissioning and procurement direction. This advertisement is issued under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) of the Healthcare Services Regulations 2023. STW ICB has not decided at this point which PSR process best applies. STW ICB is not bound to comply with responses to this market testing and is also not bound to follow up with any procurement process.<br/><br/>STW ICB is seeking Expressions of Interest (EoIs) from potential providers that are suitably qualified and experienced in delivering a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service for Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin. <br/><br/>Any Provider wishing to express an interest in delivering CAMHS in the STW area should register their interest and confirm attendance at the Market Engagement Event scheduled for 30th September 2024 13:00 -14:30pm, which can be found on the Atamis Health Family eCommercial System at https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome, no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday 26th September 2024. A Microsoft Teams Invite for the Market Engagement Event shall be provided on Friday 27th September 2024.<br/><br/>Not attending this event will not prevent future Providers from participating in any future procurement process. Any future procurement process will advertise the information shared and questions and answers addressed at the Market Engagement event to ensure complete transparency. Lot 1: This is an advertisement for market testing only to gauge market interest which will influence future commissioning and procurement direction. <br/><br/>The STW system are exploring the re-procurement of CAMHS locally. The provider of CAMHS will play a key role working with patients, clinicians, and other partners, to implement the mental health transformation across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. The provider will be an integral part of the overall programme governance structure working with the mental health collaborative for the delivery of the CYP Mental Health targets and indicators. <br/><br/>The provider will need a comprehensive mental health offer that will include: <br/>• Single point of access<br/>• 24/7 crisis and home treatment <br/>• Eating disorders including ARFID <br/>• Mental health support in Schools <br/>• Meeting access targets <br/>• Reducing waiting lists <br/><br/>The service will also offer a neurodevelopmental (ND) assessment and diagnosis for children and young people, offering the following: <br/>• Triage for assessment <br/>• Management of a waiting list offering choice<br/>• Provide a waiting well initiative<br/>• Ability to provide around 1,500 assessments per year <br/><br/>It is anticipated that any future contract will be for a period of 5 years with the option to extend for up to a further 24-month period with an estimated value of £84,000,000 (including extensions) including VAT. This would be a Block Contract. NHS Standard Contract Terms and Conditions will apply. The anticipated Contract go-live date is 01st April 2025.<br/><br/>STW ICB is seeking Expressions of Interest (EoIs) from potential providers that are suitably qualified and experienced in delivering CAMHS. <br/><br/>This market engagement exercise shall enable STW ICB to ascertain the current state of the provider market which will influence future commissioning and procurement direction.<br/><br/>Any Provider wishing to express an interest in delivering CAMHS in the STW area should register their interest and confirm attendance at the Market Engagement Event scheduled for Monday 30th September 2024 13:00 -14:30pm, which can be found on the Atamis Health Family eCommercial System at https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome, no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday 26th September 2024. <br/><br/>STW ICB is only seeking expressions of interest from providers who are genuinely attracted to this potential opportunity and capable of providing the service. Please only express an interest if you have the relevant authority to do so on behalf of your organisation.<br/><br/>Please note those organisations that have expressed an interest will still be required to register separately for any future procurement and should not rely on their response to this EoI.
