NHS South West London Integrated Care Board (SWL ICB) is seeking to appoint a suitable provider/providers for two APMS contracts in Croydon as outlined below. Lot 1 - New Addington Lot 2 - Thornton Road/Valley Park Lot 1: Provision of Primary Medical Services at New Addington NHS South West London Integrated Care Board (SWL ICB) is seeking to appoint a suitable provider for an APMS contract in Croydon as outlined below. Lot 1 - New Addington The SWL ICB is seeking to appoint a provider of primary medical care services for the patient list registered currently with the New Addington Group Practice in Croydon. The Contract to be offered to the Recommended Bidder at the end of this Procurement will be for an initial duration of 5 years, which is intended to run from approximately 01 October 2024 (contract start date to be agreed) until approximately 30 September 2029 with the possibility of contract extensions of up to a total of a further 10 years (2x 5 year extensions), subject to any restrictions placed nationally by NHS England or the Department of Health and Social Care. It is the intention of the Relevant Authority to enter into a single contract with one Bidder to cover the services for Lot 1 - New Addington. As advertised, the anticipated, estimated total annual contract value is outlined below. Lot 1 - New Addington - total annual contract value £1,669,478.22 per year The Services to which this Procurement relates fall within the scope of Schedule 1 of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
