Provision of Alternative Primary Medical Services (APMS) at The Windmill Practice, Sneinton, Nottingham

NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board (ICB)(the Commissioner) would like to notify the market of its intent to award a contract to provide alternative primary medical services (APMS) at the Windmill Practice, Sneinton, Nottingham. The service commencement date is 1st June 2024. The contract will be for a duration of 10 years with the option to extend for up to a further 5 years with an estimated contract value (including 5-year extension) of £17,881,935.00. The deadline for representations is 18th April 2024. Lot 1: NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board (ICB)(the Commissioner) would like to notify the market of its intent to award a contract to provide alternative primary medical services (APMS) at the Windmill Practice, Sneinton, Nottingham. The contract will be awarded to Modality MMS following a robust Competitive Process under The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The award criteria is the Key Criteria, with a weighting of 100.
